This assumption is coming from the high content of fat and protein in peanuts. It is not entirely wrong, because if you had unstable hormone on your body, high protein in peanuts can trigger pimples. The unstable hormones can be attributed to many factors, such as stress or period.

Indeed, protein and fat in the peanuts are difficult to digest. If the protein and fat is not digested properly, the immune system can lead to aggravate pimples. This is because the sebaceous glands will produce more oil, that can clogging the pores. Yes, it can trigger the growth of blackheads and pimples on your face.

i suppose it is possible for some people. usually, acne is caused by hormones -- which is why it stops showing up as people age out of their teens and toward 30

No. Eating a bunch of peanuts will make your hands oily, and your hands touch your face.

The oil will make your face oilier.

Usually they won't, but eating a lot of it can probably give you pimples or acne.
