might depend on position, too. Hospitals usually have lots of low skilled people so a hiring error is less costly there. the higher the skills wanted, the more time they might take -- looking for that elusive great person.

THEN SELECT THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR THE JOB. BE PATIENT. THERE IS A LOT OF COMPETITION OUT THEE, ND THEY LOOK FOR SOMEONE WITH THE MOST WORK EXPERIENCE. HOSPITALS TAKE TIME WHEN THEY DO THEIR HIRING. BE PATIENT. HOWEVER, I WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB, WHILE YOU ARE WAITING TO HERE FROM THESE PEOPLE.
