Why isnt my radiator fan coming on?

I put a new fan motor in, a new fuse, a new relay, a new sensor, and a new thermostat. It turns on when I plug it into the ac fan socket.

    The motor has to be at 230 degrees F for the radiator fan to come on. Chances are you just are not getting the motor hot enough. This time of year we see dozens of car owners thinking their radiator fan is broken and in most cases they are not The radiator fan should come on if you turn the AC on.

    It won't come on until the engine reached operating temperature.
