Dog straining to pee and little drops of blood.?
My female dog is having trouble going to the bathroom and is leaking throughout the house with tiny drops of blood here and there.. is this an UTI? If so is this urgent to go to an emergency care or can it wait until morning when my vet is open?

It very likely could be a UTI. It likely could wait until the morning. Monitor her behaviour. If she is noticable in pain - signs of pain in dogs = heavy panting, crying/groaning, obsessively licking a certain area, aggression, unresponsive to calling/just lying there.

"Dog straining to pee and little drops of blood.?" Okay... and did you have an actual question?
No one on YA is a vet or a vet tech, nor can we examine your dog, just as neither can a vet unless you take the dog in along with fresh (less than two hours old ) urine specimen, as you're required to do by law as needed in a timely fashion, ask the vet when you take the b itch in.

Your dog quite probably has a very serious UTI or bladder stones. As long as she is able to pee it will wait till morning but I would not wait for an appointment. If you have a regular vet just be there when they open. If you do not have a regular vet then yes, you should take her to the emergency vet.

Peeing normally at first, but squatting again with only small drops coming out - classic for how UTIs present. If you are seeing blood (not just dark coloured urine) she may have bladder stones. And for a b itch to be showing signs of being blocked, that's serious as normally a b itch will be able to pass them in the normal flow UNTIL they become too big. Unlike the male who blocks up quickly because of the 'bone' in the penis.
I think you really should at least speak to an Emergency vet as if she blocks completely, she's going to be in big trouble. Plus this is PAINFUL!! Most vets have 24 hour cover so if you call their normal number, even if shut their Service should pick up, take your details, call the on duty vet who should call you back. If this is 'just' a UTI, a course of antibiotics should clear it. If it's stones, then she'll need surgery.
Your call.

UTI or stones... book first thing in the morning and make sure she's seen as soon as possible. She will be in pain.

Yes, VERY LIKELY from your description it is an ADVANCED UTI (when you start seeing BLOOD). If so, she is in HORRIFIC PAIN and cannot control her urination AT ALL (which probably mentally troubles her) NO END. Do NOT punish her for the accidents! It is up to YOU - whether to see an emergency vet or wait. She WILL need antibiotics which will take 6 to 12 hours to get INTO her system and start working.

More likely bladder stones which can cause bleeding and blockages. Blockages are serious, and you should at least call an emergency vet.
