Throw up blood or red alcohol?

Question

So i drank last night. 2 mikes hard lemonade and one black cherry mikes hard lemonade. Cans. I dont deink often and i dont think thats particularily excessive. Im 130 lb 22 year old female.

Anyways, this morning i had a bitnof a hang over and was a bit nauseated. So i puked. And my puke was a bit pink with little peices of white in it. I'm a bit worried its blood.   And that the little peices of white are little bits of stomach lining. Butbit may also be pink alcohol from the mikes hard lemonade mixing with the black cherry. I should also mention that im on concerta for adult adhd and it takes away my appitite so i havent eaten anything since the day before yesterday.

Im wondering how i can tellif its a bit of blood or not and at what point should i become worried?

I also took 2 red tylonol and 2 advil as well as my concerta, which is white....but the white bits look goopy....not hard.

I doubt strongly that it is blood, had the same thing happen to me once from drinking red wine and not realizing the colour did not degrade in my stomach. As for white stuff , not your stomach lining but what ever else you ate that night, nachos , cheese , chips or whatever else was available. If you are being honest you didn't drink much, think again I think you drank more than you remember.

It's not blood.  Blood in your stomach turns black/really dark.  What you saw was the food dye in the Mikes (disgusting stuff).

Usually if you're vomiting blood it looks more like coffee grounds. I've thrown up and it's looked sort of pinkish with white globs. More than likely it was the color of things you ate and/or drank and the white bits are probably just bits of undigested food that are hanging out in your stomach acid. If it doesn't look like coffee grounds you probably don't have a reason to worry.

Three drinks will not make your stomach bleed unless you have some underlining issues. The Pink is form the red dye in the Mike's the bit of "goop" is most likely stomach bile. Your fine. Drink some water and relax.

That is the black cherry not blood. It would be the same as if you ate beetroot.
The white bits are undisolved pills.
