Knee injury?
I took a fall at a store and injured my knee. I have had a lot of pain in knee so I hired a attorney to help me. Went to family doctor first. Then attorney assistant recommend a clinic the clinic recommended a Ortho Doctor for my knee and the Ortho Doctor recommended physical Therapist. At my last visit to the Physical Therapist my knee became much worse, I now know the therapist further injured my knee it going on week two and it has not gotten any better. My concern now is that the conflict of interest on the Doctor and the Physical therapist and I guess the Attorney too. And what I should do to protect my knee and my legal rights.

When I fall over at a store, I assume I am clumsy and it is my own fault for not looking. Any injury is tough luck.
I would not expect anyone else to pay for my mistakes.
