Can scoliosis be cured just with physical therapy?

Scoliosis can't be cured PERIOD.
It can be halted, somewhat corrected, but once you got it, you'll always keep it!
Depending on the severity of your "bends" a brace may be an option. That can halt the deformation until you experience your last growth spurt. I wish I had been given that option when I was 13. I would probably not have half of my spine fused solid now.
