Actually what if? Every body functions differently and while we can tell you all about the theory against it and our bad experiences you won’t know it until you try it.
Give it a go for a week, see how it works for you and then update on your question.
Be careful with your nutrition, though. Make sure you hydrate and give your brain the breaks it needs in order to learn. Try meditation. Good luck!
