ive been trying the no fap challenge and i think i got a hang on my whole porn "addiction" the reason i started this is so i could have more of a drive towards aproaching and meeting new girls. so far its over 1 month of no fap and i have noticed i am alot more agressive, i have more of a craving to aproach a girl but i still dont do anything. something is holding me back. the main reason i did it was to be more interested in having sex but now it seems i dont even want sex anymore. whats the missing key? did i just grow out of sex in general? i still get turned on but i simply cannot approach randomly even though ive done it before

I think the main reason for the challenge is so that men aren't seeing women as nothing more than just moving objects to poke a dingdong at.
Maybe you're actually wanting to get to know a girl. That's good.
