I need a new daily driver (car). What type should I purchase?

I want a car with a nice smooth boulevard ride. Most of the recent models I have driven have a harsh ride (Nissan Altima and Chevy Malibu). Who makes a comfortable smooth riding car?

    Smooth roads make for a smooth ride. A long wheelbase, large diameter tires and soft suspension helps. You only get that from big cars.

    Mercedes and BMW make pretty smooth rides, but they're EXPENSIVE to work on. If you make over 70k a year you're good.
