Can I notify the FBI to investigate a school based on its incompetent staff members and the drug usage that goes on there?

If I can do something to help my community even if it's something as small as this, why not...

    No. This wouldn't be within their jurisdiction.

    You can send a report of what you believe. AT MOST, the FBI would send the report to the DEA.

    In reality, this is an issue for State or local law enforcement.

    Yes, you can notify the FBI about it. They wont do anything though since drug use in schools is not part of their jurisdiction. They might recommend that you contact your local police department and report it to them.
