Blocking her will only suggest you want her out your life, not solve the problem, so if you want nothing to do with her anymore then yes, you should block her and move on.

What will blocking her accomplish? Stop trying to be friends with her, and find yourself someone new to sit with.

blocking her won't do anything. just ignore her for the most so she kinda gets a hint that she did something wrong
