Most blacks go to schools that are garbage so why do people complaign when they don't do well?

the word is COMPLAIN..not complaign ... the quality of the school is NOT the reason the don't necessarily do well. It is the lack of learning on their part that contributes to their failures.

Chicago public schools spend a fortune per pupil to do nothing much.

Ask why DEMOCRAT Politicians continue to take campaign "donations"(KICK-BACKS) from National Teachers Unions.

I honestly believe, almost all humans are too good to be cram packed together.

I know MY kids would have deserved better but I could not guarantee they'd be safe from such an environment.

The schools don't start out as garbage. It's just that no matter how much money you throw at them, the pavement apes destroy the building, the equipment, and drive away the decent teachers.
