Since California says I can claim any sexual preference I want on government forms, can I write in,"Yes Please" when asked about my sex?

The term is "orientation" not preference. In your case, you're too stupid to breed, so write in "No."

If you want to look stupid and spoil the form then go ahead.

"I do not wish to disclose that information" because these forms asking your race your gender your military affiliations... They are loopholes to discrimination against you and anyone else that fills out the same form... Say they need to hire 5 black people and 5 white people due to some bullshit reverse reverse racism reparation law then youll get sucked out of a job because of nothing to do with your credentials

sure, see where it gets you

Yes you may! It will go into the computer as 'declines to state'.

You can also claim to belong to any ethnic/racial group you like. There's no wrong answer to either question.
