My cat had a catheter in, now he is dripping a little pee?
My cat was just hospitalized for crystals in his pee pee for the first time. I just brought him home today. I noticed that he's got a puddle of pee that's there, it's not dripping but it's enough you can see it and it's making his privates a bit wet. Is it common to puddle up with pee after a catheter? He is on some medication because of the crystals that formed in him..

Yes, the catheter really irritates the urinary tube, this should stop after a day or so. Restrict him to certain areas of the house till it's resolved. And keep a close eye on him in the box, it's common for a cat to still have issues with blockage even after being released from the vet.
One of ours blocked six times over 2 years. The longer they go untreated when they block the more damage is done to the kidneys, and that's not reversible damage.
