What is he doing by acting this way?
He is in college class with me and everyone knows he is a womanizer. He asked me to out to his apartment and offered to have a "Relationship" but I turned him down. He knows that I secretly like him but I still said no. So then a few days later he threatened murder to me and made kidnapping jokes. I became afraid because people didn t defend me. Also he says he is going to get me no matter what and I am worried he won t stop. What should I do?

You should avoid going to his apartment at all. All he wants is sex.
He's an idiot.
And why should people defend you? Can't you take care of your own stuff?
What should you do? Block him out of your life, move on, find other people who are worth your time. He's surely not.

holy crap that sounds pretty scary, but I could see myself making some dumb jokes like this and no I'm not a murderer, he prob couldn't think of anything else to say beacsue he really likes you and when u turned him down his mind was like this never happens and now he is crazy about u in a good way
