What would America need to do if it wanted the two Koreas to nuke each other?

    A - give South Korea nukes

    B - covertly bomb North Korea with a short range missile (e.g. from a sub or a stealth aircraft)

    We'd have to provide South Korea with nukes, for one. And then we'd have to hope they didn't use them on us. As was pointed out, America is a terrible country.
