Pain in chest?
When I roll my shoulders forwards, I get a strong aching pain in my sternum (middle of my chest). I don t feel any pain in it any other time, and none of my ribs seem to be out of place or anything. Does anyone know why this could be?

Perhaps Gastric problems cause the pain. Eat little amt of potatoes, completely avoid anything grows underneath the earth. You will circumvent.

Probably a bruised sternum although it could be trapped wind. Try lying on your back with your hands behind your head. Gently pull in your stomach muscles and raise your rib cage.
Doctor, it hurts when I do that.
Then don't do it.
