Law about siblings marrying without knowing they are siblings?

If two siblings or half siblings get married without knowing they are related (like if there is a divorce and one parent takes a kid across the country) is the marraige voided? Are they arrested? What happens?

I'm sure different countries have different laws. Here in the US where I live...

    Q: is the marraige voided?

    A: Yes.

    Q: Are they arrested?

A: No. Even if the got married knowing they are siblings, they wouldn't get arrested - there are more serious things for our judicial system to worry about than that.

    Q: What happens?

A: Not much. Their marriage is voided, and they lose all rights and privileges that married people get.

The marriage is annulled as soon as they find out, which means it is legally considered never to have been valid. However in my country they can still continue to have a sexual relationship and live together as long as they are both at least 18 years of age.

No.. they weren't aware when they married.. i think the law will forfeit the marriage though.
