    RUNNING BULLET TRAIN IS FOR THE GUJARATHI DIAMOND MERCHANTS AND OTHER BUSINESS LOBBIES, NOT FOR THE COMMON MAN OR FOR THE POOR. IT WILL HOWEVER PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT TO HUNDREDS OF UNEMPLOYED LABOURERS FOR A FEW YEARS. JAPAN GOVT. IS PROVIDING ABOUT RUPEES 1.5 LAKH CRORES AS SOFT LOAN, PAYABLE OVER 15 / 20 YEAR PERIOD. HOPE IT ALL DOESN'T END UP IN SMOKE !! INSURANCE FROM NATURAL DISASTERS OR TERRORIST ATTACKS ?? MUST BE THERE.
