Yes the US government has been forced to be more transparent since Trump took office.
I think Trump has exposed the US government establishment Republicans and deep state democrats.
Even the fake news media has been exposed.
Trump exposed how the IRS, FBI and EPA are used to bully business and organizations they do not like.
How the fake news media is the leader of the democrat party.
How politicians kick the can down the road, never solving any problems.

Neither, it is Trump that has become less transparent, with all the FBI investigations going on.

Doesn't matter which Party or which President controls Washington. Those sneaky bass turds level of non-transparency grows in proportion to their corruption, and that level rises with each change of Government.
You think Democrats are any different than Republicans ------- THINK AGAIN !!

Less. The President doesn't provide nearly the access to documents and records as the recent Presidents; not just Obama but going all the way back to Nixon. For example, the visitors log, showing the individuals that attend meetings in the White House has most recently been a public record. With a few exceptions for national security reasons, reporters would obtain a copy of the visitors log and review who was conducting business with the White House. Trump does not release the visitors log, who is he meeting with that he is afraid to reveal to the public and why?
Hope Hicks disclosed that she was forced to "tell white lies," on behalf of the President. On his first day in office he forced Sean Spicer to lie about the size of the crowds at his inauguration, and he hasn't stopped lying since.
Kelly Ann Conway coined an new, oxymoronic term, "Alternative Facts." This is the least transparent White House in decades.
