Vegetable broth?

So I have recently changed up my diet a lot and am eating much healthier. I realized I don’t eat a ton and I surely don’t eat enough vegetables. Can I substitute eating the actual vegetables to making a broth and just drinking it? I heard ALL the nutrition from vegetables comes out into the water — i would just hate to be leaving some nutrition behind. Will this work?

You will miss out on the healthy fiber.

A better plan is make your boiled vegetables and then liquidize them and drink that.

This what I did after a mouth operation that prevented me from eating solid foods, I can eat now but still enjoy my vegetable smoothie.

No it doesnt. All the vitamins are lost as soon as u start cooking veggies

Why not add / juice vegetables to fruit smoothies. Such as broccoli, carrots, spinach, other greens. You wont taste the vegetables.

Just eat the vegetables. It's easier to do that than fiddling around making soup, keeps your teeth clean and the nutrition doesn't transfer to the water.

most vegetable need to be eaten, some raw, some steamed, but you need more than just the broth from them

Your smartest move would be to steam fresh vegetables and retain the broth for gravy, stews etc. Steaming removes less goodness.
