Is God's judgment criterion-referenced or norm-referenced? In other words, does God grade on a curve?
Criterion-referenced grading compares achievement to an objective standard. Norm-referenced grading compares achievement to the performance of others, based on the normal curve.

Several scriptures hint that each person is judged as an individual. So God takes into account the natural gifts and talents we are given, plus the opportunities or challenges of our family and social environment. Some have the privilege, of meeting God in very real ways -in having visions or powerful dreams, albeit, such experiences bring their own responsibilities.
Those who have never heard the gospel will be judged on how they have obeyed their inner Light - namely, their conscience.

there is a curve for judgment and rewards. see 1 cor 15:40-42 , vs 35
there are people that teach there is only heaven and hell. this is false doctrine based on insufficient knowledge, in fact it can be said its based on Gods silence and apostasy. until the 19th century. Jesus is very active around the world and his voice is heard and revelations are given to his church "daily". harold b Lee. gen conference 1970s LDS church.
heaven is described by Paul as being 3 parts. however David wrote that there are 7 heavens. and God said: he resides in a heaven above all heavens. but in LDS revelation there are 3 heavens in the celestial kingdom. and if there are 3 levels in the telestial and the terrestrial kingdom then there are 9 levels of heaven to which everyone will be judged in glory of the resurrection to each his own level. however, there are levels of the resurrection that are not of glory. and there is outer darkness and there is spirit prison and there is a resurrection of the damned at the end of the millennial reign of Christ. outer darkness exists for the kingdom of the devil, and there seems to be a kind of darkness that is on other worlds without the presence of God. there is the earth being moved to the presence of God and there is no night or darkness in his presence. so there are glories and there are not glories. even in the resurrection. aiui.

It's too long to put here, but go read the "The Parable of the Bags of Gold" in Matthew 25:14-46. It will explain how God looks at what a person does with the custodial gifts entrusted to him for a short time.

Perfect judgement, because Jesus Christ was without sin That is why there is no one who cannot be saved by God's grace.

I think the Great Flood demonstrates that God does NOT grade on any sort of curve.

INSTEAD OF MINCING WORDS WHY NOT REPENT? THE SAVED WONT EVEN GO TO JUDGMENT CUZ WE GET JUDGED BY GOD BEFORE WE GO TO RAPTURE...THE UNSAVED WILL GO TO JUDGMENT AND FAIL. THINK CAREFULLY.
