Hate is a strong word. You're better off not hating.

And you can do some online research for How to Survive a Break Up. it may help you.

Time will heal. I'm sorry you're struggling. I think most of us have been through this stuff, so most of us have some idea how it feels for you.

Most people who've gone through this know exactly how it is to be sick and tired of being sick and tired. But initially you have to go through the emotional period when you can't quite believe you've broken up and your heart hasn't caught up with the truth yet. So you really have to go through all the stages of grief almost like someone whose loved one has actually died. And that means that the anger probably will come at a later stage. So just let was is, be. It will pass, as will the anger if and when it comes. And at some point you'll meet someone else and it will all fade away until it means almost nothing.

Dr. John Bargh, Yale U., "Our Unconscious Mind" where Dr. Bargh proves that our impulse is made up of judging without knowing, mimicking without knowing, and stereotyping without knowing, and that makes for us all to be stupid, seriously. https://acmelab.yale.edu/sites/default/files/our_u... Dr. James Messina, coping.us, "Handling Pride" where immoderate pride is the bleeper for that, and this article does good with explaining how pride goeth before a fall, and just how and why pride is a mortal sin. http://coping.us/toolsforpersonalgrowth/handlingpr... Dr. James Messina, coping.us, "Handling Insecurity" where EVERY old person I know really does say that every human needs to know about their insecurities at even age 6. Interpersonal communications class is supposed to take care of it, but in the USA, that class is beyond a miserable failure for most in that they hardly ever go to discuss any of these articles within the class. http://coping.us/toolsforpersonalgrowth/handlingin... Dr. James Messina, coping.us, "Overcoming The Role Of Victim & Martyr" where this one is great for helping us to cut through any amount of brainwashing that is even done right out of the womb. Truly, a freeing article. http://coping.us/toolsforrelationships/victimvsmar...
