Speaking in terms of make:
Hyundai Just has a awful history I have friends who drives Hyundai’s they spend more time in the shop than on the road.
Being a BMW owner of a 2001 X5 but just reached 50,000 miles, gas is expensive to maintain that v6 engine. Not only that is expensive but just recently I had a MINOR maintainence issue&it was hard to find an affordable specialist as some others damaged my car along the repairing process.I then finally found a specialist who fixed it good as new but I spent about over $1000 fixing my car&that’s not including the parts I had to buy which are very costly too.BMW is my absolute favorite above all but unless you are willing to pay a lot to maintain it over several yrs go for it.
Nissan is cheaper not as complicated so no need for some specialist. They’re great on Gas&super reliable. My aunt had a Nissan for 20+ years&has a lot of mileage she just sold it due to needing more space but the last time I saw it still runs like a champ with no problems

Don’t buy a high mileage German car unless you enjoy high operating costs and expensive repairs.
Buy a Toyota.

Either bmw or audi because they are rear wheel drive even with my e46 which is 110bhp it's a lot faster than cars that have 120bhp

Stay away from Audi and BMW, they are unreliable and cause extremely expensive trouble. Nissan had trouble with transmissions and the Hyundai has unreliable, expensive to fix direct injection.
Get a different car, Toyota Camry / Avalon and Lexus IS / ES are very reliable, Honda Accord is good too

Not a fine selection. Sonatas of that year have been recalled due to failing engines. Altimas of that year had CVT and steering column issues. BMWs and Audis are just expensive to repair and maintain. Do some more shopping.
