For this snack I am having, the kcal go by 100g at 425k cal. If the net weightof the product is 50g it would be 212.5 correct?

Yes, if there are X calories in 100 grams then there would be half that amount of calories in half the amount of grams.

The Calorie (big C) used for nutrition is actually a thousand calories (small c) used in science : the energy necessary to raise the temperature of 1 g of water by 1 degree Celsius.
Since it takes 1000 small-c calories to make one big-C Calorie, then it is called kcal (kilocalories, where kilo = 1000)
If they give you values for 100 g, and you have 50 g, then you divide by 2.
This is true for kcal, lipids, carbohydrates, sodium...

Half of 425 is 212.5, correct
