Can a canker sore take a long time to heal? It’s been months. I haven’t treated it or anything I just let it be?

That's not a canker sore then... there's no way one would persist for *months.* Go see your doctor and get tested for STDs. I'd suspect it's a syphilis chancre.

3 weeks is normal max. Try 'Zilactin B' non prescription at your pharmacy.

Acidic food can prevent it from healing. Try treating it with alum powder.
