How do I keep homemade chips crisp?
I made some beet chips yesterday, and they were delicious. The problem is, although they were crisp and crunchy when they came out of the oven, they very quickly became soggy as they cooled. I ve has this problem with every vegetable chip I ve made.
Is there a way to make them stay crisp longer so I can keep them around a while instead of gobbling them down as soon as they re done?

If you have an air fryer (which is basically a little convection oven), you can reheat/recrisp them in there.

I've seen some of the TV shows where people would use a fryer - like one for french fries - to cook veggie chips and they turned out good

Have you tried reheating in the microwave? Haven't tried it myself...yet. Homemade veggie chips taste great!
