How do I cite this in MLA citation?

I'm citing the Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations in a report on economics I'm doing. Here's my issue - the book I have in hand is a 3rd edition. It's the University of Chicago version with the 1976 preface by George Stigler, and the 1904 Introduction, Notes, Marginal Summary and Index by Edwin Cannan.

Am I supposed to cite the entire piece by all the authors or only Adam Smith, if that's the pieces of the book I'm using?

Honestly it's easier to google it and you'll get step by step examples and there are sites that to do it for you as well.
