No, he is accused of attempted rape, not being a gang rapist. He also made the mistake of trying to act like a choirboy when many witnesses are only waiting to be interviewed to say otherwise. Kavanaugh was not just angry. He displayed an alarming lack of self-control in expressing that anger. He behaved in a histrionic immature way that should never be seen in any Supreme Court Justice. He also expressed clear partisan opinions and believes the Clintons are behind this as though he’s a fan of Info Wars. Kavanaugh did not show the sober nonpartisan even temperament we should all expect in a SCOTUS Justice.
