I CANT BEHAVE AT CHURCH FOR THE LIFE OF ME! HELP!!!?
I got to this Christian church that I can not stand!! Its so long and boring and I just cant seem to behave. Im 17 years old.
I go here for my mom, and I hate it. Its a small church where everyone knows each other. People here are so judgemental and snobby and the vibes are just off. Also i dont like how the pastor preaches. Its just not for me. Ive prayed to God to give me strength to obey and be good! But I just can not find it in me.
Theres one church that i do really like. Its a decent time only 1 hour and 30 minutes while the church i hate is 4 hours!! I feel like shooting myself.
My mom forces me to go to the church I hate and my dad goes with me to the one I love. She just always forces me. I can not stand it.
Help what do i do?

1. Get your heart right with God.
2. Start worshipping God the way God wants it.
3. Speak all the truth in your daily life.
4. Grow in maturity, to know God and love your neighbours.
Your heart need to be right with God first, because you need to be sober to know even who you are worshipping.
When you know that God is the one you definitely want to worship, do it the way He wants it.
By singing, praying, hearing of God's word, tithes, etc.
* it's not how perfect the preacher preach. But the Holy Spirit working in our hearts to teach us how to apply to our lives.
Speak the truth. Living out truth makes your life peaceful. You know you can stand before God when you repent of your sins and speak truth to your neighbours.
Maturing as you go along. You'll find that there is no perfect church, because we are all imperfect. As a church we can grow to know God's love and we use God's love to share with our brethren.
Conclusion. add to your faith virtue, then persevere on to charity.

Your 17 that's old enough to get yourself in your car go find yourself a job and move out!
if you're not ready to stand up on your two feet like a young man or a young lady then shut the f****** and go to church!

I appreciate that you can't stand it, but I don't know how you can state this:
My mom forces me to go to the church I hate and my dad goes with me to the one I love. She just always forces me. I can not stand it.
How can you be at both services at once?
If anyone your age is in church for four hours, then at least it should be to one with a very Active Youth Group.
I'd reason with your Dad, who perhaps can help your Mom understand the needs.
Maybe you could locate a church that has a good size youth group, and you and your father can invite Mom along. Everyone needs to be willing to try! ((hugs)).

Did you tell your mom how you feel about the church you don't like? She shouldn't force you to attend that church especially since you go to another one with your dad. A person has to decide what church is right for themselves on their own.

I feel for you. I like going to my church, but if the services were four hours, I to would start going stir crazy I think. But while you are under your mother's house, you do need to honor her.
Tell your mother that you want to honor her wishes for you, but you are just 17 and struggle sitting anywhere for four hours, and how your brain starts going crazy. Below are some suggestions that you could offer her as a compromise.
You just need to find something to do to occupy your time during those four hours. If you only have to be there, maybe you could find a secluded spot and with some headphones just watch YT vids on your smart phone during that time. If you have to sit where you are noticed, maybe you could take the cover off an old discarded Bible, and use it to camouflage an interesting book you want to read (or even mask your smart phone). Good luck and God bless.

Stop whining and suck it up. When you turn 18, get a job and move out. Then you can do what you want.

First, I find most people who think everyone is being judgemental them tend to be the judgemental ones and changing environments doesn't fix the issue. So, really dig deep and ask yourself if it's them being judgemental of you, or is it you being judgemental of yourself and those around you?
If a church is telling you everything you want to hear, then it's unlikely they are teaching from the Bible. The Bible doesn't teach things meant to tickle your ears and encourage worldly pleasures.

The first thing you should do is to take responsibility for your own choices. Unless your mother picks you up by brute force and carries you into church -- short of physical restraint -- nobody can make you do ANYTHING.
Therefore, YOU are CHOOSING to go. So stop blaming other people for your own lack of backbone.
Go, or don't go. But, if you go, be respectful and courteous; that is all that is required.
