Can I go to college if my partner claims ESA?

Basically we re on a joint claim for ESA ( its his claim but because we moved in together I had to go on the same claim) I m looking into going to college but scared that it ll stop my claim and affect his. If that s the case it won t be possible.

    Yes you can go to college but have to report any changes for it is benefit fraud, it is all written in the terms/conditions "under report any changes"and it all depends on what ESA you are claiming

    I would phone CAB and ask, they have a multitude of rules.
