Stop doing that- sounding can rupture your urethra and cause irreparable damage. If you reached your bladder then you no doubt peed by opening up the sphincter that is closed when you are erect. Can damage that too. If you want to orgasm from prostate stimulation, use a dildo up the back end.

Usually via the anus and rectum rather than the urethra.
a 12 inch sound sounds dangerous to me.
Stimulating the prostate itself does not work, the idea is
to energize the G-spot which supposedly switches orgasm.
