What does it feel like to die?

I would know because I'm still alive. : /

Assuming you’re conscious at the time, what you feel would depend on what is killing you.

The process of dying is different for different people.

Being dead is the same though.

A lady I know who almost died while the ambulance was on the way and while in the ambulance felt good. She had a good feeling and everything was just right. So perhaps you do feel pain when you take cyanide, burn to death, have a heart attack or slowly die of cancer. Or feel fear when you're so scared of drowning. But perhaps there is a moment for some just before the end which doesn't involve pain or fear, but just this good feeling.

Well, I don't really know. I've never had the experience. I knew several people who have died, but none of them have come back and told me how it was. I don't think that you stand much of a chance of getting any replies on this website from people who have died.
