What is the "reason and logic" that supports atheism?

With both Atheism and Religion, the basic question would be about the foundation of life on Earth.

An Atheist would have to believe in Evolution and the Big Bang Theory. The chances of the Big Bang putting the universe in place is about 1 in a billion or more. That is like saying that after the explosion of a bomb, logs, bricks and blocks of cement fall into place to make a building. So I am going to say that there is no basis for logic in atheism.

On the other hand, if we are to believe in religion and in a God, then we have to believe in a supreme being that we cannot see, hear, feel or touch. This seems illogical too. However, the belief in a supreme being makes explain the existence of the world much easier than it is to explain evolution or the big bang theory.

As such, of the two, I would chose to believe in a God that created everything.

(1)-"Where did the god come from?"

(2)-Where did the universe come from?"

(3)- where did life and the universe originate.

(4)-how do we explain the existence.

(5)- how do we explain the existence of this life.

(6)-God that just happens to have all of the power and answers.

(7)- If a deity of unfathomable knowledge and power could just happen or just exist

(8)-perhaps a Universe of unfathomable beauty and complexity just happened?

Explain

There is no logic or reason that supports Atheism. There are only 3 possibilities: 1, There is no God, that is Atheism. 2, There is a God, that is Theism. 3, I don't know if there is a God That is Agnosticism. Because there are so many unknown facts in the Universe it is impossible to prove that there is no God. The reason that some people say there is proof that there is no God is either that they don't want there to be rules that they have not invented or tht theyare stupid. Those are the only 2 reasons why anyone could be an Atheist.

Atheism is a heart choice because they do not want God.

Since God has shown sufficient to all, Atheism is a deliberate and wilful rejection.

Reason and logic proves God so there can be no reason or logic to support Atheism.

Nothing, rather it is misguidance.

Do you look at what happens in the world? A good god is nonexistent. No deity SHOULD allow people to murder babies, homosexuals do be worshipped, people to be so damn greedy, etc., and yet, here we are. I bet most people would make a greater god than that asshat. If a being is all good, then he cannot be all powerful. And if he is all powerful, he cannot be all good. Just facts.

@somedude People don’t choose evil. No one ever wants to be evil. What I may find evil, someone else may not. Evil is relative and without definitives, choice is blurred. Therefore, still no free will.

@David if you need evil to love, then you do not understand. god is supposed to be more intelligent, creative, blah more than humans. If he thinks people need evil to love, then he is denying a possibility where only good leads to love.

One thing is obvious. You don't have a relationship with God and until you can get past human reason and logic and admit that you are a sinner in need of a Savior you will continue on the path to eternal hell. But it doesn't have to be that way. The God who created all things has provided a way for sinners to be assured of eternal bliss in Heaven. It's as simple as being willing to surrender your will to God's will. Just Repent of your sins and through Faith Trust or Commit your life to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior then you will know in your heart that God is real and that it is not His will that any should perish.

Basic logic: If A implies B, then not-B implies not-A.

Let A = "God exists."; not-A = "God does not exist."

Let B = "Praying works."; not-B = "Praying doesn't work."

According to The Word of God (The Tree of Life, Light, Love, Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge) atheist are fools devoid of the Light, which is God and thus have skewed logic and reason especially concerning the Truth. Remember what you allow yourself to think, see, hear, say and do literally set into motion Almighty God’s creative powers that form the matrix of life’s reality you find yourself now walking whether good or bad; so knowing this practice each day focusing your whole attention on your movements whether thoughts, sight, sounds, words or deeds, doing that which is good, positive and constructive.

The Word of God tells us there is life after death and now science is proving it. A British scientist at the forefront of this theory claims that humans have souls, which don't die along with the body. We may not know exactly what consciousness is, but physicist Sir Roger Penrose believes that it's just a packet of information stored at a quantum - or sub-atomic - level. Sensationally, he claims to have found evidence that this information, which is stored in microtubules within human cells, leaves the body after a person dies. Sir Roger has argued that when a person dies temporarily, this quantum information is released into the universe, only to return to the body's cells if the host is brought back to life. He argues that this explains why people can have near-death experiences, and believes that this quantum information amounts to a soul leaving the body. The physics expert said: "If the patient dies, it's possible that this quantum information can exist outside the body, perhaps indefinitely, as a soul."

The Daniel Project was playing on Netflix and can be found on Face book; this documentary will open the eyes of some skeptics concerning the Word of God, prophecies fulfilled and Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, the Messiah.

We must admit that religions are a jumble of false assertions, with no basis in reality and the very idea of gods is a product of the human imagination. It is quite understandable why primitive people, who were so much more exposed to the overpowering forces of nature than we are today, should have personified these forces in fear and trembling. But nowadays, when we understand so many natural processes, we have no need for such solutions.

Evidence? All those real "gods" currently only mentioned in folklore, myths, and movies
