    Salads, proteins, less carbs, fruits a nd veggies. try avocado toast on soughdough with a fried egg and some fruit for breakfast or greak yogurt or oatmeal with granola and fruit. Try salads for lunch with spinach or arugula or kale as the base and a light dressing of olive oul on the top. For dinenr make some steak or chicken with some vegies like broccoli and whole weat pasta if u really need some. Dessert can be some strawberries or fruit w yogurt.

    less fatty, high fibre, less sugar, less salty, less oily, less spicy, drink plenty of water or consume fruits or vegetables having high water content like melons, cucumbers and take appropriate amount of physical exercise or play outdoor sport every day, eat only when hungry and eat little less. control acidity levels. Sleep 8 hours a day. Avoid sleeping very late at night-have early dinner but light dinner, have heavy breakfast .
