Im a female,120 lbs, 16 year old and i normally eat 1800 calories a day.

No you will not. If you continue to intake more calories than your regular daily caloric intake however then you will gain weight. Just basic stuff here.

If you eat a bit over just occasionally, it's fine - the excess amount will just work its way out of your system in a matter of days. If you eat excessive amounts on a regular basis, you can count on some gains.

You would need to eat 3500 calories over your TDEE to gain one pound. You would have to eat about 5500 calories in a day for that to happen

But also, your weight would remain the same with 2000 calorie intake

Unless you are playing sports-- I suggest 1800-- you are great at 5-6 120--muscle tone will add to your shape -so workout

No, one big meal does not make you fat. To get fat, you have to eat fatty foods, etc over a long period of time.
