Televangelists are scam artists who have worked out ways to get you to send them money. They are the super rich and entitled people. Pharisees who were rich money lovers. But it is not their fault if you believe their lies.

The "Narrow Road", is such not only by the Path itself ,but the Choices of those walking it...
"This week’s gospel should cause us to ponder what it is that we cannot give up in order to follow Jesus. The gospel compels us to ask where it is that we have put our treasure, because as we know, where our treasure is, there also is our heart (Mt. 6:21). And the moral imperative of this week’s gospel is that we need to cling a little less tightly to those things that we treasure most if we want to be able to go and follow Jesus when the opportunity presents itself."

We're trying our best. Those who do not search for Truth, Wisdom, and God cannot find them. It's like the basketball team. If you don't tryout, you cannot be chosen.

Jesus said that, even in the case of the apostles getting the Gospel to the whole world. The reach of the Gospel is not the issue. The issue is man's personal choice. A person chooses to believe, or not. And of course, it is too late to be saved, after death. The only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing in Jesus for eternal life, without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Jesus is God and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for sins, not works, not good deeds, not religions, not anything.

I am not sure if I am answering your question because I am not sure I understand it
But Christians just show the way, conversion is between the person and God and only through humble submission (through Jesus Christ the narrow way) to God
