FRACTURE on the flat piece of backbone below the waist. It's 6 weeks from then. Can sit up with back straight....(to be cont'd)?

Update:

-- But upon walking for 1 or 2 mins., my back got more and more curved. The muscles around the waist seem to be getting tenser and tenser, so that the walking cannot last long.

This affects my mobility much and in turn my appetite. I eat only not much food a day. I know this would affect my ability to recover.

-- Is there any way to improve the above condition?

Please give me some advice. Thanks for your help!

Start using moist heat on the area. Heat pad with a damp cloth inside for 20-30 minuted. Do light stretching after. 2-3 times per day.
