Spiritually speaking, if everything needs a creator or "first cause", except bible god, why is bible god exempt? Special pleading?

That's why the Kalam Cosmological Argument was reworded by modern apologists; not to accomodate the latest evidence or models of cosmology, but to attempt to define the special pleading fallacy out of existence.

Personally I would never argue

- everything needs a creator

or

- everything needs a creator except Bible God

What I *believe* is that there was a (philosophical) "First Cause"

- that being the Judeo-Christian God

and that God created all else that exists.

That makes more sense to me than an infinite series of causes and effects extending infinitely into the "past".

The Holy words of GOD must be revealed to HIS Holy Prophets and being written in the languages spoken by those Prophets to their people.Then can be called the Holy Books of GOD, as Al Quran written Arabic the language of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) up till now as the last Holy Book of GOD would last till the end of time.
