Looks like way to much volume and intensity for a beginner.
Start slower and taper up from there.
E.g
Monday - Weights
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - rest
Friday - Weights
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - rest
Jumping in to a program that is to intense will only run you down and eventually lead to injury
