Would this be a good workout plan for a beginner?

Monday - weights/cardio

Tuesday - cardio

wednesday - weights/cardio

Thursday - cardio

Friday - weights/cardio

Saturday - cardio

Sunday - cardio

    Looks like way to much volume and intensity for a beginner.

    Start slower and taper up from there.

    E.g

    Monday - Weights

    Tuesday - Cardio

    Wednesday - Weights

    Thursday - rest

    Friday - Weights

    Saturday - Cardio

    Sunday - rest

    Jumping in to a program that is to intense will only run you down and eventually lead to injury
