If god doesn't forgive those that blaspheme his spirit, does that mean we also don't need to forgive those that blaspheme us?

God can forgive anything, even blasphemy, if the person repents and sins no more. YOU need to forgive or ignore those who criticize you, because it is a waste of spiritual energy.

    "You" can't be blasphemed.

Interpreted another way. The unforgivable sin, blaspheming the Holy Spirit, is Unbelief in Jesus - refusing to recognise Him as Lord and Savior. That unbelief will condemn you to the Lake of Fire for eternity. Humble yourself like Jesus and you wont be blasphemed

    Luke 12:10 Verse Concepts

"And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him."

If you're playing basketball and you touch your opponent illegally, the penalty is that you receive a foul and may stay in the game. But if you touch the referee, your penalty is ejection from the game. Different position have different function therefore different rules are applied. God is not our equal, so different rule applies.

Note: This is not a discussion about whether the scripture is true or fictional. This is a discussion about the concept of blasphemy according to the scriptures.

You cannot be "blasphemed". That would require you to be God.
