Team leader poor organising n doesn’t bother to solve the issue.?

Your mistake is that you should have informed the manager sooner.

Explain the problems and difficulties. How is the manager supposed to know if you haven't explained? Have a serious discussion with him now, as soon as possible.

In our company we worked as team, three guys informed our team leader they don’t want to work me cos I showed my anger with them. My team leader believed them and said the problem lies with me. The team leader put me with a new team of 3 persons which the earlier three guy also do not want to work with either.

The reason why they don’t want to work with me. Everyday we start work at home nd 8.30am the three will come around 10am and leaving at 11.30am. After lunch supposed to start work at 2pm they come at 3pm. I cannot proceed the job by myself. Another guy was driving, the other take advantage of this, I am not driving obviously he doesn’t want to be my team mate. Everyday they report work very late and I never feedback to my team leader, I just told them to be early which they don’t like. I am thinking of letting my manager know about this n split the three to work with the new team. Otherwise this team may think they are
