I have US passport and have a tax debt of $2000, going to spain in a week, will Spain allow me into their country for a week?

    The IRS doesn't talk to Spain so you should be fine.

    Yes, Your U.S. debt has no (normal) affect on wheter or not Another country will issue a Visa for a Tourist.

    You need to worry about whether the U.S. Customs will let you Leave< IF a court has ordered your travel limits do to an upcoming case..
