Should I be working out every chance I get? Or only when I can workout at 9am?
My gym is open 0600-2100 Monday to Thursday, Friday 0700-2000, and weekends 0800-1800. I am not much of a morning persons.
Depending on the day I work either 1000-1800, 1200-close(2200-2300), or 1400-close(2200-2300)

Whats your fitness goals? General fitness, building muscles or some competitive event etc?
For generally staying fit just do what you can, two or three gym days is better than nothing. If you want to get more than that and build muscle or train for something like a 5k run you would need more consistency.
