5 year olds are not Allowed on here the Rules State you have to be 13 to Post on here if you see a 5 year old Posting on here Report them so Yahoo can Remove there Accounts

I'm not aware that there are, but if a 5 yr old got on someone's account and was able to post, then that's why. Report any posts you see that are violations. The minimum age to legally use the site is 13, so if you see any post stating a user is younger than that, make sure to report it as a Terms of Service violation.

Because mom gave them a computer for their 5th birthday and they lied to get an account here. There are also 5-year-olds asking questions here..

Yahoo/Verizon has no way to verify ages on YA. Unless they admit being five, there is no way to report them. Beware, some you think are five are really 15 or 25.

Why "are" there, not why "is" there. "Is" indicates a single, "he is", "she is", "it is", whereas you've said "5 year olds", indicating more than one. Therefore you should use "are". You sound like a five-year-old if you don't use grammar correctly.
