What’s wrong with my Toyota aygo?
Hi, so I’m having some problems with my 15 reg Aygo. Noticed yesterday that the car was almost kangerooing when I was accelerating and I could feel the car pulling back when I was driving. Then today the engine light came on, along with an orange exclamation point light and the traction control light. I’m going to cal the garage tomorrow and book in (kwikfit) but need some idea so I can explain to them what’s happening. Had anyone else ever experienced this? Would appreciate any help. Thanks

If you must have an idea, have the OBD2 trouble codes pulled at a car part store free, then look up the definitions and recommendations on an OBD web site. Last time I had a light come on for OBD, i bought my own code scanner. It turned out to be a worn out spark plug which i replaced and the light went out and stayed out. Then I erased the code with the scanner and the light never came on again.

Please, please don't go to Kwikfit. Kwikfit are grease monkeys. There should be a Halfords Auto Centre in your area. Not the shop Halfords. These places employ trained mechanics and are actually honest. I have used two different Halfords Auto Centres and I was pleased with their attitude and the jobs they did. And I am a sceptic.
