How do you channel anger into a positive constructive way?

...instead of a destructive way like negative screaming, yelling, and agression? I find if I try not to act 9n my anger, it gets bottled down and surpressed which is also bad maybe worse. I find it has to be released in some form of way- but how do you do it in a positive constructive way?

First, are you really sure that your anger has to be released? If you asked a therapist about that, there's a good chance this person would say the solution is not getting angry.

A really good book - The PTSD Sourcebook by psychologist Glenn Schiraldi. There's a chapter on anger management.

If people have done you wrong, it can inspire to be the opposite of them. If they've been mean, it can increase your determination to be kind.

By admitting to anger, but not doing rash things like throwing acid on people's faces.
