Plastic wrap,a resealable plastic bag,or bowl with a tight fitting lid will work fine.Push as much air out of the bag as possible and close it."Burp" the bowl,if using one 😁 The chicken will be fine in the fridge for 2 - 3 days.I like to reheat whole pieces of chicken (legs, thighs, etc.) in a toaster oven to keep it a little crispy..

Eat it immediately or serve it with a sauce / keep it covered before serving.

    Don't over cook it.

Remove it from the oven, pan or grill at about 155 degrees, it will continue to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, long enough to get it on the plate, sit down, serve the sides and dig in

Don't cook it until it seems "done". Meats (for this purpose, chicken is a "meat") continue to cook for about 20 minutes after they leave the oven.

    don't cook it so long.

Dry chicken is over cooked chicken.

Get a food thermometer. 165 in the thickest part of the portion and it is safely done.
