TAPEWORM CYCLE AND DURATION IN CATS?
How many hours or days after my cat kills an infected rodent will she ACTUALLY contract the tapeworms herself and; if not simultaneous, begin showing signs of worms and/or its symptoms?

Deworm her anyway. Once she's symptomatic theres likely a decent sized infestation. There's no reason to risk potentially permanent damage to her GI tract. Ideally you'd run a fecal through your vet to confirm an infection first. Bayer makes an over the counter dewormer. Please don't use one from walmart or one of the homeopathic ones.

You don't wait and see, you make sure the cat is treated 'just in case' you don't want worms in your cat even for an hour let alone weeks before you start to see evidence as they can cause serious damage
